At Oodle Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our policy regarding returns and exchanges:
Non-Coffee Merchandise:
You may return non-coffee merchandise for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure that products are unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item and approve the exchange or refund, you will receive an email notification.
Coffee Items:
Due to food safety standards, coffee products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, your enjoyment of Oodle Coffee is our priority! If you have any questions or concerns about the coffee you receive, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
