Coffee

At Oodle Coffee, we roast all our coffees to order and ship them the same day for maximum freshness! Our roasting days are Monday through Friday, and orders placed by 12 PM CST will be processed for the next roast day.

Delivery times typically range from one to five days, so you’ll enjoy your coffee at its peak!

For best results, store your coffee in a cool area inside the resealable bag it arrived in. If you consume it within a couple of weeks, you’re all setβ€”especially if you keep it whole bean. Grinding increases exposure to oxygen, so if you have a vacuum-sealed container, consider using that or try our FreshSeal Bean Vault.Β 

To maintain coffee quality, refrain from freezing to prevent flavor and grinder issues. If freezing is a must, seal tightly in a Ziploc bag, eliminating air. Grind as needed and promptly return the remainder to the freezer.

Yes! Simply select your grinding preference and add any other customizations in the order notes located in your cart before proceeding to checkout. We're here to make your coffee experience perfect!

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription in two ways:
1. Click the "Subscriptions" button in our navigation
2. Click the account icon in the top right corner of the page, sign in to your Oodle Coffee account, and navigate to your last subscription order to hit "Manage Subscription."

Shipping

Standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping takes 1-7 days depending on location. Priority shipping is usually 1-3 days. Note: times may vary in peak seasons. FedEx Ground & Express options available with estimated times at checkout.

Check around your door and with neighbors for hidden packages to prevent theft. Wait one business day from the delivery date for human error. If traceable, the package was handed off to the shipping company. File a claim if still missing. Contact us at info@oodlecoffee.com for assistance.

Yes, we can ship internationally! Please note that shipping times may be extended, and free shipping is not available for international orders.
